Basic salary between £28,000- £32,000 with an OTE of £80,000 in first year and £120,000 by second year.Commission structure peaking at 30% with No threshold.
This is a very exciting and genuine opportunity for the right IT recruitment consultant wanting to earn serious money working for a leading privately owned Finance and Change management specialist recruitment company with strong PSL agreements with Tier 1 corporate clients.

My client is a specialist finance and change management recruitment company focused on primarily working with the ‘blue chip’ companies in London.Currently 30 recruitment consultants strong, my client is an amalgamation of experienced and successful recruitment consultants brought together by the desire to work within a more autonomous, inspiring and less autocratic environment. The average consultant has over six year’s relevant experience and the team comprises a number of the industry’s leading performers who genuinely approach business in a consultative manner aimed at building long-term relationships rather than just focusing on short-term gains.
The Role
If successful you will be running a permanent IT recruitment desk focusing on recruiting Business Analysts, Developers, Change managers and Senior Project Managers into the Finance sector, with typical roles in the £60,000-£150,000 bracket. If successful you will be working with clients such as Barclays, Lloyds TSB, ABN Amro and AXA.
Ideal Candidate
To be considered you must be confident, articulate, ambitious, very competitive and driven to be a high achiever.The ideal candidate will also be a strong negotiator and have the ability to form lasting relationships and also have a minimum of 6 months recruitment experience.
