Established since 1990 they now treat thousands of clients every month in their growing national network of clinics. Their team and technology is the best around and theirclinics are comfortable, stylish and most importantly safe as all are registered with the healthcare commission.



Due to recent VC backing an ambitious expansion plan is projected for the next three to five years and accomplished clinic managers are being sought to drive the business forward on a daily basis. Ideally you will come from a customer service focused background where sales are key to the success of the business. You do not have to have spa/medical background to be succesful in gaining this position.



Responsibilties



Delivery of Financial Targets



·Ensuring every opportunity is taken to maximise sales.



·Responsible for the profit and loss performance of your clinic



·Respond to statistical and financial data.



·Improve working practices to create a more efficient operation.



·Supervise and maintain an overview of the performance of the clinic on an ongoing basis.



Delighting Clients



·Ensure a relaxed, welcoming, professional atmosphere within the clinic at all times;



·Ensure that all clinic staff are fully trained, directed and motivated to enable them to be successful in their work;



·Resolve complaints positively in accordance with procedures.



Delivery of Financial Targets



·Ensuring every opportunity is taken to maximise sales.



·Respond to statistical and financial data.



·Controlling stock levels and consumables to avoid stock loss and waste.



·Improve working practices to create a more efficient operation.



·Supervise and maintain an overview of the performance of the clinic on an ongoing basis.



·Supervise and maintain all aspects of invoicing, banking, debtor control, stock control and petty cash to Company procedures.



·Explore any new avenues that may increase patient flow.
